Do I need a return authorization number to return a product for repair?

No, but you do need to include a note with each product returned that describes the problem with the instrument.

If you require an estimate before repair, please put that on your included note.

Include your name, billing and shipping address, phone and fax number, and a purchase order number if necessary.


Does Sensit Technologies accept credit cards?

Yes, we accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express. Other methods of purchasing from us include: purchase orders (with approved credit), prepayments, wire transfers and COD's.


Is leasing instruments possible?

Yes. Frequently, leasing is a better alternative than buying instruments because of budgetary concerns. Call for more information.


What are the payment terms for purchases?

Payment is due 15 days from the invoice date unless other arrangements have been made.


What are Sensit Technologies normal office hours?

Sensit Technologies' repair and customer service departments work from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (Central Standard U.S. time) Monday through Friday.


What is the lead-time after ordering product?

Many items are in stock and ship within 48 hours.
Contact customer service if a specific lead-time is required for items not in stock.


Are there restocking charges for Sensit Technologies' products?

Yes. We charge a 25% restocking charge for new, unused products. This charge may be waived if prior arrangements have been made.
