SENSIT® HXG-3P measures combustible gases such as methane, propane, natural gas, pentane, and other volatile organic compounds (VOCs). The backlit LCD display shows percent lower explosive limit (LEL) and part-per million (ppm) readings simultaneously. Audible and visual alarms warn of potentially hazardous conditions.

SENSIT® HXG-3P also features our unique audible tick control that helps find the source of gas leaks fast. The tick can be easily heard through the speaker in the back of the instrument.

Introduction

The SENSIT® HXG-3P Combustible Gas Leak Detector is a highly reliable combustible gas leak detector that detects methane, propane, natural gas, pentane, and volatile organic compounds (VOCs).

Standard Features

The device features a backlit LCD display that shows both the percent lower explosive limit (LEL) and part-per-million (ppm) readings at the same time. The audible and visual alarms warn of potentially hazardous conditions, and the instrument’s unique audible tick control helps locate gas leaks quickly. The tick can be heard through the speaker at the back of the device.

The SENSIT® HXG-3P has an LEL range of 0-100% and a PPM range of 0-50,000 ppm.

The device also features an intrinsically safe design certified, a long-life, low-cost sensor, an internal pump, a water/dust filter, displays LEL and ppm, audible/visual alarms, infrared downloading, and simple calibration.
