Description
Introduction
Do you need a calibration station for your SENSIT® Personal Gas Monitors? If so, the SCAL-100 Calibration Station might be just what you need. The SCAL-100 can help you test and calibrate SENSIT® P100 monitors for various gases, including:
- Oxygen (O2)
- Carbon Monoxide (CO)
- Hydrogen Sulfide (H2S)
- Hydrogen Cyanide (HCN)
- Nitrogen Dioxide (NO2)
- Sulfur Dioxide (SO2)
It comes equipped with two-way communication.

Standard Features
The SCAL-100 has many standard features, including an indication of proper gas pressure, automatic operation when the instrument is installed, indication of pass or fail, RJ45 intranet connection/USB, wall or desk mount, and compatibility with Windows 7, 8, 8.1, 10, Windows Server 2008, 2008 R2, 2012, 2012 R2, 2016, 2019.
In addition to the standard features, it has reporting features such as instrument test past due alerts, instrument failure alerts, monthly compliance reports, sensor performance data, an optional networking system, and compatibility with SMARTLINK/SMARTLINK 360. You can also use SCAL-D 360 (Desktop) or SCAL-N 360 (Network) data management software with it.
